Bit of an urgent question!
In context of various media analysis services and products, largely aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of marketing:
"Scalettatura palinsesti ... [grazie al software] ... il servizio offre la possibilità di focalizzare l'attenzione, in maniera personalizzata, sul processo di confezionamento e scalettatura dei programmi televisivi."

I've done pretty well with this text up till now, but I'm a bit stumped.

Thanks, Tom. This is essentially what it is. The software (apparently) gives an insight into the choices made, at the editorial level, when putting TV programmes together (especially news programmes), and the "scalettatura" is really the ordering of features/reports or other elements... as you say, essentially, the sequencing.
