Unfortunately the Asker has provided very little context. It would help to know even to whom the catalogue is directed: end user or retailer/wholesaler? However, I imagine if the product is being dispatched on pallets (hence in large quantities), these are most likely sent to a retailer of some sort. Therefore the pallet would contain a number of packages: "gift set of two bottles of wine", the whole then wrapped in transparent [plastic?] wrap to hold all the gift sets on the pallet safely.

  -> yes, that is the gift set, but what about "su pallet"? IMO that "a vista" here refers to packing on the actual pallets, ie several gift sets, such as your ex shows, stacked on a pallet and held in place by clear plastic wrap (common for pallet packing)
