Hi
"schiumare" generally means that you apply a layer of foam, which I think is usually expanded polystyrene. This fits well with your cold store context, because of course expanded foam is a good thermal insulator. The new system with cams will presumably ensure a tighter fit between adjacent panels thus dispensing with the need to foam seal the joints.
