This term already exists in the Kudoz glossary but I didn't really feel the translation given ("inferred or inferrable") was very convincing in English

Here is the contract clause it comes from

le parti dichiarano irrevocabilmente di non avere più nulla a pretendere l'una dall'altra in relazione al Contratto e rinunciano reciprocamente a qualsiasi pretesa e/o diritto, dedotto o deducibile, comunque connesso a quanto precede

I was thinking it might effectively mean "directly or indirectly arising from"

Would appreciate all suggestions on this one!
