I'm translating into English a statement of claim concerning a company which claimed for admittance to Extraordinary Administration.
I should translate the following:
La società XXX ha chiesto al Tribunale di Ancona di essere ammessa al passivo della società YYY.
I put: "XXX claimed to the Court of Ancona for bankruptcy liabilities of YYY".
I am not sure.
Any suggestion or any better solution?
