seizure report / bailiff's report
The "verbale" here will be a report written by the people responsible for trying to seize the property. Generally in the UK, US and many other countries the people who do this for the court are "bailiffs", so it would be a report written by them.

seizure report
while transcript is THE word to use for the word for word (more or less, for Italy...) record of all activities that transpire while court is in session, I think report would be better to use for the written file prepared by officials recounting (probably not word for word) what transpired duing the execution of the seizure in question.

Italiano term (edited):
verbale di pignoramento mobiliare
CC Bailiff's/HC Sheriff's/ Statement (endorsed) of Execution Levied against Goods (Distraint)
CC = E&W County Court vs. HC High Court.
Mobiliare turns it arguably into a distraint of goods - in Scots. law: poinding of goods.
E&W/London High Court/QBD - Queen's Bench Divisional Practice Note: 'After execution of a writ of execution, the Sheriff will endorse on the writ a statement of the manner in which he has executed it and will send a copy of the statement to the party issuing the writ.'
The terms Certificate and Affidavit should also be considered, though usually the latter is at an early stage of the Process-Server's Affidavit of Service of Process/Writ.
