In this article, Freshfields (London based international law firm) is also using Extraordinary Administration Procedure. So their literature uses both terms. Good synopsis inside.

Procedure or proceedings. both are in common use. This applies to the whole process which includes: creditor protection, appointment of an administrator, a recovery plan and specific time limits. It is akin to Chapter 11.
