Da Italiano a Inglese Legale/Brevetti Legale: Contratti
Hi, I am translating an incorporation contract for a limited liability company.
One of the parties is based in the USA. I have the country as
"Stati Uniti d'America (EE)".
What is EE?

Thanks!!!

It stands for "estero", I believe, but in any case, it's the code given to anything outside Italy where for Italy companies, people etc. you'd have the province code. On my tax declarations, for example, my place of birth is given as Gran Bretagna (EE), whereas my husband is Roma (RM).
