Con riferimento al risarcimento dei danni relativi al sinistro 000000000 del gg/mm/aaaa (vittima X), i sottoscritti incaricano Y affinchè paghi per loro conto ai creditori, tutte le spese di consulenza ed assistenza tecnica, i compensi, le imposte, i rimborsi, e quindi ogni spesa relativa al sinistro in oggetto comunque diversa dalle competenze legali corrisposte direttamente all'avvocato dalla compagnia di assicurazione, il tutto - per quanto di competenza dei sottoscritti- sino alla complessiva somma di € ......., trattenendo detta somma dalle ***maggiori somme*** pagate dalla compagnia di assicurazioni a titolo di risarcimento del danno.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
