I can think of a number of possibilities such as Pool Leader/Pool Manager/Team Leader depending on the context of Pool. The web reference talks about a finanziamenti in pool (sindacated loan) where the Capofila is the leading financial institution in the pool (sindacato). In this case I would chose Loan Syndicate Leader - you can find leader of loan syndicate on an internet search.
