I am sure it is some kind of financing agreement, I had thought along the lines of 'financial plan' but wanted an expert opinion - a possible synonym for operativà in this case could be 'schema finanziaria'? I'm not sure exactly how to word it either without a bit more context, but you may be looking at the problem wrong. It isn't so much the "operatività" of the company as it is the "operatività" (i.e. a financing agreement, I would assume) with the bank.
