I think the best literal translation would be 'trident wrench' or 'trident spanner'. It is not something I have come across before and I have a feeling that it is not a commonly used term and is more something that has been constructed to describe an unusual item.
You could say also 'three prong wrench/spanner' however I think sticking as close to the Italian as possible would be best in this case.
Maybe wait for the natives to shed some light on this one. Sorry if I have just stated or backed up what you already knew.
