No other context, just a list of forms regarding incoming materials (other list items are: materiale accettato, Copia bolla d’accompagnamento)
I thought it meant 'on payment of balance in full' (which makes no sence in my context) so did some research and came up with this glossary entry:
A saldo: l'ordine non sarà consegnato fino a che tutti gli. articoli dell'ordine non saranno disponibili a magazzino.
Can anyone confirm if this definition is correct?

: but "back order" has generally a negative meaning, it is normally used to define orders which are late and are not keeping the requested delivery time
