This is from a patent application describing the production of several blood components from numerous blood fractions.

I have searched for several permutations such as "cryo deprived supernatant" etc. with no success.
Anyone have any experience with blood products and come across this term before?

... the Italian version, it seems to me the meaning is: you can obtain FV from plasma or from supernatant without recourse to cryo treatment. My two cents woth...
