Know all men by these presents, that the undersigned NOME DELLA SOCIETA' (hereinafter called the "Company"), a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of PAESE, with its principal office and place of business at INDIRIZZO, has made, constituted, as from 1st July 2004, Mr. MARIO ROSSI, PAESE, domiciled in INDIRIZZO, its true and lawful Attorney and legal representative in Italy and does hereby authorize its said Attorney for and in the name of the Company *** as its act and deed *** anywhere within Italy on whom any notice provided by law or by any insurance policy, proof of loss, summons and other process may be served in all actions or other legal proceedings against the said Company and the said Company hereby consents that service upon such Attorney shall be admitted and held as valid as if served upon the said Company at its principal office.

E' giusta questa interpretazione?
