Mi scuso in anticipo se pongo questioni banali, ma oggi non è una giornata tranquilla :-)

Ho dei dubbi su questa frase (si tratta della descrizione di un pagamento tramite conto bancario):

"Payment can be made to XXX, bank account # xxxxxxxxxx, bank sort code xxxxxxxx.
***It may be existent that arrangements are in place by which subsequent impairment of compensation may result.***

Altro contesto (poco a dire il vero):
"Please verify this invoice for it's accurateness. Any dispute needs to be send to us in written within 60 days of the transaction date. After this period the disputed amount if liable by yourself."

L'inglese non è chiaro Questo "inglese" non è per niente chiaro - forse è il caso di farlo presente al cliente/agenzia.
