Legislazione vigente e competenza di giurisdizione?
Ho pensato che l'autorizzazione o consenso alla giurisdizione sia qui sostituibile con la competenza.
Dopo il titolo infatti segue:
The government and interpretation of the terms of this Agree ment shall be according to the laws of Great Britain, without giving effect to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties hereto agree that any dispute, action or proceeding arising directly, indirectly, or otherwise in connection with, out of, related to, or from this Agreement, any breach hereof, or any transaction covered hereby, shall be resolved by Arbitration in Great Britain, or in such other neutral location as the parties may agree pursuant to the laws of Great Britain, in accordance with the local rules. The parties also agree that the award of the arbitrators shall be final and may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction over the parties.
