Tradurrei l'intera frase :' uncover customers business drivers and needs' con :'agenti d'affari e procacciatori di nuovi clienti'.

Devo ammettere che non so se esista una traduzione codificata...però forse si potrebbe esprimere così questo concetto che è spiegato bene qui:
