CONTEXT: 44040. Manche de miroir. - Ivoire. CONSERVATION. Dégradé. Cassures et éclats: au sommet, où les trois quarts du calathos et ***le haut de la perruque ont été emportés***; en plusieurs autres endroits de la perruque, aux deux seins, à la main gauche, au pied gauche. Le visage est informe.
ATTEMPT: Degraded. Fractures/broken and chips/ped: at the apex where three quarters of the calathos and the *** top of the wig have been wiped out/taken away/removed/lost***; in several other places on the wig, on both breasts, the left hand, and the left foot. The face is amorphous/misshapen.
ISSUE: What is the meaning of emporté in this context?
