Umowa dostawy sporządzona przez Węgrów i taki oto fragment.

Supplier shall guarantee by the execution of this SUPPLY FRAMEWORK CONTRACT without condition and irrevocably that the goods supplied by him or any decoration, sign, mark or logo, etc displayed on it do not violate the right or lawful interest of any third person, specially regarding to the protection of intellectual property rights. Supplier is exclusively responsible for all infringements and material damages deriving from this article. If the Purchaser gets into unfavourable situation because of the Article described above the Supplier shall be obliged to prevent it, in the absence of this the Purchaser is entitled to validate it- by contribution- against the Supplier.
