Wohnüberbauungen: It is from a list of building types for which building services engineering is offered. It belongs to the group of residential buildings. I reckon it might be something like lofts and and additional floors. The original translation reads "Residential structures above" could that be right. Allways thought, it describes above ground?

Does anybody know anything about it.
