Spanish translation: contenedor [PODS = Portable On Demand Storage]/almacenamiento móvil por encargo

English term or phrase: storage pod

I am translating a piece for a local artwalk event and they describe several of the art venues that are participating as "storage pods". I assume they are referring to something like this:

Sample sentence:
"Not only do the local artists open their studio and gallery spaces to the public, but businesses and residential properties create pop-up art galleries and installations in unusual places like storage pods, manufacturing warehouses, photo studios, garages, gardens and gazebos."

I have done some research and I can't put my finger on it. It's not quite "contenedor marítimo". Does anyone else have a thought?

En este caso, simplemente se trata de CONTENEDORES (ya sean para un traslado o almacenamiento).
