Pmh or pmh may be brand of soap...produit lessiviel=laundry product

Pmh may also be a "house" abbreviation of a procedure or a duty to be performed by the staff. You can only be certain by asking about this opacity in the text.

this is a possibility: you know, the little tray of condiments used in some restaurants ... but then whatever happened to the salt! I've worked for years in french restaurant (even owned one) but have never come across this term!
