I think that Claudia's version is a valid one, although it does not convey the immediacy that in my opinion "on-the-go" also carries and it’s a bit too long for a text that apparently belongs to a marketing campaign of a medical product. I’d say that “sobre la marcha” conveys the mentioned immediacy and, more importantly, also implies that you can carry and consume this product while you are on the go.

Yes, I agree. As bilingual people, we can immediately relate "sobre la marcha" to "on-the-go", but for a target audience made up of strictly monolingual people, I believe that "alivio sobre la marcha" doesn't really convey the actual meaning of something that is "portable" (and "portátil" would sound awkward in Spanish). on TV, it is almost like carrying Tic-Tacs with you, whenever you get a craving you can just pop one in your mouth. The most popular of these ads has a detective at a crime scene who gets a craving in the middle of the investigation. The reason for my long-winded explanation is to say that after having seen the commercials I believe that Claudia's version (althought not the shortest) really captures the idea :-)
