town court / magistrate (magistrates') court Explanation: żadna z propozycji - wraz z moimi - nie podoba mi się; "municipal court" nie jest chyba w kontekście poprawne, bo odnosi się do właściwości takiego sądu w Polsce - zdecydowanie, grubo po XVIII w. :); nie odnosiłbym się krytycznie do "district court", bo współczesna właściwość takiego sądu jest podobna do właściwości terytorialnej sądu grodzkiego - starostwa grodowego; w każdym razie - dowolnie wybrane tłumaczenie - z krótkim opisem w nawiasie. może tak: wybrana_przez_askerkę_propozycja (officia castrensia capitanealia ... a potem - jak Wajda - po... angielsku ;-) |
