Is bad English - emission is "more better". Amplified sound emission is probably the actual meaning.

Whatever are "transmissions sonores"? I suppose it's translated by "sound transmissions"; but what the heck is that? a boom box?

My understanding although this is not what the source text mentions is any use of loudspeakers for video or audio performance, I cannot imagine that it could be forbidden to talk to a prospect or answer a phone while being on the booth.
The French wording is flawed: "interdit" is forbidden, "strictement" is redundent, and "transmission sonore" is poorly defined, the best should probably to ask the customer what is allowed and what is specifically forbidden, which could benefit both the source document and all its translation to various languages.

"strictly" is quite meaningless - a decibel figure is more realistic - if my phone rang, would that be considered a "transmission sonore" ?
