This is to do with the right to cancel an online purchase. The client has to follow the norms of sending registered letter to the company etc. Once the company is in possession of the letter they will act to reimburse the client. It is for an Italian website, an olive oil guide.
The full sentence reads: Una volta pervenutaci la suddetta comunicazione di recesso, .... (name of company) si attiverà rapidamente per il rispetto di tale diritto oggetto della condizione. As far as I can understand it is all one term. The 'diritto' obviously applies to the right to cancel. Many thanks for any suggestions!

Una volta in possesso della comunicazione la societa' in questione "shall promptly ensure that the right which the said (= contractual) term relates to shall be given effect, o anche "shall be adhered to".
Nel linguaggio dei contratti non e' usuale dire "to honour a right". Onorare un diritto contrattuale non si presta ad una tradizione letterale in inglese. Il significato e' di porre in pratica il diritto stipulato precedentemente nel contratto.
