I have the term advertise/advertising in a glossary to be translated in the telecommunications field.

Example of use of these terms on the Internet

By default, BGP does not advertise any route unless the router's IP routing table also contains the route
You can issue the bgp advertise-external-to-internal command to cause BGP to revert to advertising two potentially different routes to its peers

I cannot find a satisfying translation. (A lot of telecommunications texts on the Internet on French pages are poorly written.)
