Laut Definition in italienischen Wörterbüchern ist eine "casa colonica" (im Unterschied zu einer "casa coloniale") kein elegantes Haus, der "colono" ist so etwas wie ein Pächter.

neutral  Ljapunov: In diesem Kontext ist, soweit ich es verstanden habe, kein verfallenes Gebäude gemeint, sondern eines, das durchaus noch bewohnt werden kann. Mit "baita" dürfte eher eine (Berg-)hütte aus Holz gemeint sein.

Asker: eine Keusche ist eigentlich ein ärmliches, kleines Bauerhaus, meistens mit wirtschaftlicher Bedrängnis verbunden...

Asker: nein, casa colonica ist viel zu elegant...das ist in dieser Beschreibung absolut falsch übersetzt...
