DOKUMENTATION UND AUSWERTUNG
Grafische Auswertung

increased failure (defect, non-conformity) rate
Explanation:
I think/hope this would be appropriate terminology for a automotive QC analysis.
E.g.:
LEO:
failure mode and effect analysis [abbr.: FMEA] [autom.] die Fehler-Möglichkeits- und Einfluss-Analyse [Abk.: FMEA]
backward error analysis [tech.] die Fehler-Rückwärtsanalyse
non-conformity [tech.] der Fehler - Qualitätssicherung
nonconformance also: non-conformance der Fehler
technical failure [tech.] der Fehler

Thanks Beth, I whittled it down to increased failure rate as this seemed the most apat of the choices you gave and the answers.

neutral  Ken Cox: IMO 'depiction of nonconformance at exaggerated scale' (not clear to me how the translator arrived at 'magnified markers') -- see e.g. http://www.kms-messtechnik.de/beispiele.htm for an example of the effect
