Costituiscono fringe benefit, ad esempio, la concessione dell'auto aziendale, la concessione di prestiti a condizioni particolarmente vantaggiose, l’uso di abitazioni aziendali, ecc."

La banca dati IATE propone diverse traduzioni: complementi del salario, benefici accessori, prestazioni integrative, trattamenti integrali aziendali, prestazioni integrative.

Io nel mio piccolo voterei per "servizi integrativi", ma ovviamente dipende dal contesto.
