Eu optez pentru acest termen desi pare o traducere simpla.
PUZ este un document nu o activitate (este o documentatie de urbanism).
Vezi linkul de mai jos, Legea 350/2001 privind amenajarea teritoriului si urbanismul, articolele: 45 si 47.
Observatii la celelalte variante de raspuns:
'Planning' se refera la activitatea de planificare, deci nu poate fi 'Zonal Urban Planning'.
'Urban planning' este activitatea de planificare urbana in cadrul unui oras (city, town), la modul general. PUZ-ul este un document care reglementeaza planificarea urbana intr-o anumita zona a unui oras.
Al doilea link este un document UNECE/WHO in care se foloseste termenul.
