Comunque controllando sul più recente dizionario Bocconi-Repubblica-Sole24ore si distingue anche tra holding come società capogruppo, tra holding mista (detta "operating") e holding "pura" (cioè finanziaria come questa), detta proprio "pure".. Certo che i più esperti Jim, Paul e Peter sono tutti andati in ferie! :) Buon lavoro! |

(financial) service holding company Explanation: Da una discussione con una commercialista, mi risulterebbe che la holding di partecipazioni sia una società capogruppo, detentrice di azioni in altre società ed a cui manca l'attività operativa in sè. Sarebbe paragonabile ad una finanziaria.
