Norwegian to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Electronics / Elect Eng / street lighting
Norwegian term or phrase: tennskap
Street lighting: med elektroniske ballaster me dintelligens og kommunikasjonsnoder for powerline- eller radiokommunikasjon installert i armaturene....toveiskommunikasjon mellom *tennskap* og armaturene.

At the moment I've put 'trigger mechanism'.
Does anyone know if there's a 'proper' technical name for 'tennskap' rather than what I've written, please?

ignitor enclosure
Explanation:
This an enclosure, containing the necessary ignitor/ballast hardware for the light armature. In home fixtures, these components are usually included in the armature itself.

I would avoid 'mechanism', as these components are purely electrical.
