English term or phrase: Use Destination Styles
For more control over your copy and paste options, go to Tools, click Options and select Edit. Then go to the Cut and paste options section of the Options dialogue box. Next click the Show Paste Options check box to add a tick. Finally click OK to finish. Now, whenever you copy and paste, a small icon appears at the foot of the pasted text. To access a drop-down menu list, click on the arrow by the icon.

Clicking the Keep Source Formatting button means that any text you paste will retain the direct formatting of the text. The option Use Destination Styles only appears if you are copying text in a style and if the definition of the style in the receiving document is different from the definition in the source document. Clicking Match Destination Formatting ignores any formatting from the source style and pastes the text in the style of your new document. Keep Text Only just pastes the text from the source, ignoring any images, tables or direct formatting.

je trouve pour ma part dans l'aide de Word l'expression "style (de caractères ou du paragraphe) défini dans le document de destination". Par contre, je ne trouve pas non plus l'option "use destination style" ou ce qui y correspondrait en français:

«Lorsque vous copiez du texte mis en forme avec un style de paragraphe spécifique vers un document contenant un style du même nom, le texte adopte la mise en forme du style défini dans le document de destination»
