¿Alguien conoce la traducción de este término? Se menciona en el cambio del sistema de seguridad social en Argentina que pasó del régimen de reparto al sistema de capitalización privada.

Mi sugerencia apunta más a lo funcional, y posiblemente algún colega con inglés nativo pueda mejorarla.

Como "régimen de reparto" es un término poco claro (fijate que en la referencia de Simon lo de "distributive" figura entre comillas) , tal vez sería interesante usar una traducción que enfoque directamente en la característica esencial de los dos sistemas: uno es privado, de cuentas de capitalización individual, y el otro es un sistema administrado por el Estado.
