Tourism & Travel / Proper name of a hotel
Japanese term or phrase: アルファクレスト山中湖
Another hotel name from the same long list. It's the アルファク that I can't get, am assuming the end is:

'Rest Yamanaka-Ko" or Lake Yamanaka ..... Rest

Thank you in advance!

Thank you everyone - I'm going with Alpha Crest as there are other 'Crest' hotels on my list. Was definitely misled by the 'rest' idea.

agree  Will Matter: It's hard to tell if it's "alpha + crest" or another word followed by "resuto" (rest? restaurant? something else?) which is what I originally thought when I first saw this question a few minutes ago. Hard question.

Alpah-Crest Yamanaka Lake

Explanation:
This is a name of a resort hotel in Yamanashi Prefecture. There are a series of Five Lakes in just north of Mt. Fuji, of which Yamanaka Lake is one.
To know the area and this particular hotel, see following:

http://www.nipponrentacar.co.jp/freeroad/fuji1.htm

In this there is a description of this hotel.

アルファクレスト山中湖
収容人数230名という大型リゾートホテル。100室の半数の部屋から富士山が見える。富士山の見えない部屋でも一歩外へ出れば富士山と山中湖が眼の前に雄大な姿を見せてくれる。このホテルは室内プールも完備されているので水着を忘れずに。
料金一泊二食付き13,000円から/TEL0555-62-4030

As for English spelling, I did not see any as a result of Googling.
My guess is they themselves don't know (unless they encounter urgent needs to appeal English speaking clientale). So my best bet is call and ask them.
Failing that then you have to apply the closest phonetical approximation such as this.
By the way, I do not believe this Katakana part should be devided in two part as you suggested, namely アルファク + レスト. アルファ and クレスト is more likely.
