Italian term

D. Lgs. XXX/YY - Art. X, c. X

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Dictionary definition
From Italy. What I know is that:

D.Lgs (Decreto legislativo) -> "Legislative Decree" and
Art. (Articolo) -> "Article"

but what about c. - is this "capitolo" (chapter)?

A specific example is:

(D. Lgs. 211/03 - Art. 10, c. 1, lettera a)
