Traba / cuña para neumáticos (las cuales no permiten que el vehículo se mueva) Explanation: You may use 'traba', 'calza' or 'cuña' depending the country you are translating for. It is the same for 'neumáticos' or 'llantas'. I think this is appropriate, and you can compare the opcions you receive for it. I hope it helps!
