Bio:I have graduated from the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Philology, Department of English Language and Literature, Prishtina, Kosovo in 2008. There I earned the Academic Degree with four years of studies and hold the title of Professor. Received ECDL Start Certific...ation (European Computer Driving License) with 7 finished modules of above 83% scored points organized from MEST-AUK. Received the Online Certificate for Shaping the Way We Teach English for Webinar Series 7, Online Course from Regional Office of English Language, US Embassy in Kosovo and Hungary in 2012.
In 1994 to 1997, 1998 to 1999, 2009 to 2013 worked as an English Language Teacher in primary and secondary schools. In 1999 to 2001 worked as a Consultant linguist/translator with U. S. Military Forces. From 2011 I am a Court English Language Translator/Interpreter cooperator.
Have published in SHPRESA’ (HOPE) Magazine, FEBRUARY/ 2006 / YEAR XIV. NR. 2 (78) (two English/Albanian translations: a text and a poetry), and the Movie ‘Does it hurt?’ an English/Albanian translation of subtitles, summary and the declaration of the film director. Translated from Albanian into English translations in Psychology, Neonatology, Biology from English into Albanian in Urology and Biology; different documents such as letters from medical visits, school receipts, diplomas, certificates, etc. from Albanian into English and vice-verse.
Received recommendation Letters, Letters/Certifications of Appreciations/Achievements from the Translators’ Office Manager to the Lieutenant-colonel. I hold the Teacher’s Regular Career Licence from 2013.
My hobbies are reading, music, e-crosswords, songwriting, taking digital pictures, etc. From 2005 I wrote around/above 200 lyrics and poetries which have the love, everyday, etc. themes. I love to use the rhyme a lot. My lyrics are written in Albanian, English and mixed with these two languages. They are for solo singers, duos, trios...
