Man sucht dann gerne die Schuld bei anderen und macht es sich einfach, den Überbringer der schlechten Nachricht zu köpfen. Jedoch entstehen die Verluste bei Gesellschaften wie Thielert oder jetzt eben Wirecard durch zu hohe Bewertungen, die durch falsche oder zumindest irreführende Jahresabschlüsse der Vorstände zu verantworten sind. Letztlich waren diese Anleger somit schon beim Kauf der Aktie geschädigt. Hierfür sollten sie die Verantwortlichen auch zur Rechenschaft ziehen.

That is correct, I hold a Wirecard shares short position; I am not denying this. I can also understand that some Wirecard corporation stockholders are angry. Nobody likes to loose money.
It is common to look for someone to blame and to take the easy way out by shooting the messenger who brings the bad news.
Losses in companies like Thielert and now Wirecard occur because estimates are set too high as a result of false or at least misleading year end results which the board of directors is to be held responsible for.
Ultimately the investors were already being cheated when they purchased the shares.
It would be appropriate to also hold the people accountable who are actually responsible for what happened.
