 Fair knowledge of database management.
 PC advanced user.
 Fair knowledge of VBA and C++.
 Compile and testing of help files. Debugging of compiled files.
 Good knowledge of HTML. Basic knowledge of RoboHelp HTML.
 Project co-ordination. Vendor management, resource planning. Assessment. Good communication skills.
