 Management of translation memories (Trados, Studio).
 Quality control procedures for final check of on-line help and printed documentation. Software testing.
 DTP. Good knowledge of FrameMaker. Basic knowledge of MadCap Flare.
 Good knowledge of graphic software; screen captures, export, import, conversion and retouch.
 Fair knowledge of database management.
 PC advanced user.
 Fair knowledge of VBA and C++.
 Compile and testing of help files. Debugging of compiled files.
 Good knowledge of HTML. Basic knowledge of RoboHelp HTML.
