The only other option is to translate (very smply) with "Special Offers" or "Specials". With Marriot Hotels, the system rewards customers on a points basis and the points can then be used towards future bookings. In your case the special rates are awarded to everyone booking (without a points system) then "Special Offers" is probably your best bet - although I would then wonder why the text uses the words "che ti premiano" which would indicate a points/loyalty system (rather than the basic "offerte speciali")...
