The safe has a double lock. As "serratura" translates as "lock" and "doppia mandata" is "double lock" I think you can avoid saying "double lock lock"!!!
By the way a "bolt" isn't the same as "serratura". A "bolt" is "catenaccio, paletto, chiavistello, stanghetta, spranga"
So to bolt the door is "sprangare la porta".
I doubt that your safe has this type of mechanism?
