It seems pretty clear to me. It's not warped at all. A tender is a small boat. The English is used almost universally among boaties. Clearly a brochure, so there are no holds barred.

There is no question that there is a slight tone of irony in this brochure. Of course it is a small yacht, but they seem to want to appeal to those who might have friends coming to visit in their ocean going yachts and this boat will be perfect for transport from the anchorage to the beach house dock.

| Thanks Cedric, to be honest I though tenders only applied to ships (in this case we're talking about a small yacht). On looking into it I thought dinghy might be more appropriate but it's not my field so I'm still not sure. |
