'Seat'/ H.Q. (partnership -> place of business/co. -> regd. office) & tax address
Context - if business org. - would be useful. In Eng. & Wales, a co. has a registered office and a partnership a place of business. 'Seat' is the Eurospeak term.
I think there are 2 sep. terms here, though other answerers have fused them into one.
Domicile is in Eurodicautom and is poss. for a co. from an internat. angle - though, for a private individ., it connotes a country and not a specific address:
'TERM domicilio fiscale 'Reference VOCABOLARIO DEI TRATTATI EUROPEI-PARTE II (1)TERM *domicile for tax purposes* Reference EUROPEAN TREATIES VOCABULARY-PART II (2) TERM *tax domicile* Reference EUROPEAN TREATIES VOCABULARY-PART II'
