I am having trouble breaking this entire section out, in particular the function of inferiore here. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong. It's from a medical record, and the trouble I'm having is it is not written in complete sentences with proper punctuation, so it's all running together:
"con cardiopatia ischemica cronica in pregresso IMA inferiore misconosciuto o recente PTCA su IVA e MO1."
I'm assuming that IMA is AMI (Acute Myocardial Infarction) here.
