I cannot understand the sentence in italian.
here is the context:
"Dopo accordi con gli allevatori, al fine di far trascorrere 10 settimane dall'ultimo trattamento antiparassitrio, al giorno -7 campioni di feci di XXgr sono stati prelevati dall'ampolla rettale di tutti i cavalli.

I think that is what it means if it fits in the context. So either these samples were taken before treatment (7 days before the beginning), or else after 9 weeks of treatment (7 days before the end of the period - to check which horses could/should continue treatment?)

I think it means that during the 10 week pause, following the treatment, samples must be taken every day for seven days.
