"RISOLUZIONE CONTRATTUALE E CLAUSOLA RISOLUTIVA ESPRESSA" è stato tradotto con "CONTRACT RESCISSION AND EXPRESS RESOLUTIVE CLAUSE"
Può andare bene? (io innanzitutto sostituirei "express" con "explicit", ma non so...)
